About how much would these cars go for? I cant afford a car over 3,500 and i dont care about brand, as long as its cheap, it works, and its kinda small or medium. Cars only, no hatchbacks or trucks or vans.

2 Questions, one, Im interested in custom cars, not fully kitted out but like just a fancy side skirting like racing moulds on the sides and maybe a spoiler and exhaust, thats it, and I only want that on a small 2 door cheap car, what is the cheapest that I could get one?
And secondly, my neighbour’s car has no door handles instead you have to open it from little area under each of the wing mirrors which is quite cool, and he also has different exhausts and nice seats and stuff, where would he have gotten this? Surely you can’t pay for a car to cut out the door handles and re-metal it, so he must have bought it like that, where from??
