My friend and I go to these all the time.
Unless you are looking for a retired cop car, you aren’t likely to get great deals.
The auctioneer knows what the better seized or govt cars are worth.
Save the money you need to register for these auctions and go elsewhere.
P.S. You can call your county of residence and find out when the next auction date is. I’m lucky because Houston’s (Harris County) impound yard is just up the road from my apartment, so I can pass by and see what’s going up for bid.

Here are about 500 you can look at:

They don’t seem cheap enough to me. Not by a LONG shot.

You can get pretty good deals at a government auto auction. Just remember that they are sold in as-is condition. So be sure to give it a full inspection before buying. You can get the most info on them by joining a car auction site. They will tell you the time date and location of auctions coming up near you, as well as what cars they have for sale.
